The Scuba Diver / Open Water Diver Course is a great “beginning” but is more challenging as you will become an autonomous diver. If you have already attended the Scuba Diver Course… you’ve already got a head start!
The international certification you will attain enables you to dive (without the requirement of being accompanied by a diving professional) with a dive buddy to a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet).
On the first morning, we will meet at 08:30 AM at the diving center, your driving instructor will explain to you the basic concepts
of diving ( theory modules 1-6 ).
You will receive an overview of your diving equipment. After a 1-hour break, we will continue in the afternoon around 1 PM. Under the guidance of your instructor, you will assemble your diving equipment and here we go for the first dive in shallow water at our house bay. Your first breath underwater opens the door to another world – fantastic.
By the way: Before every dive, there will be a detailed briefing held by your instructor. Our diving professionals will explain all exercises in detail.
All of the days end around 5 PM.
We will start again at 08:30 AM at the diving center. For another theory modules 7 – 11 in the morning.
After the theory session, you make a 1-hour break and we continue again around 1 PM. For nice confined water
in our diving bay.
Starting from the diving center at 08:30 AM, you are going this time from our boat to make your
first and second Open Water Dives.
Under the supervision and guidance of your instructor, you will explore the fantastic underwater world
of the Adriatic Sea and learn more skills.
Between the 2 dives, we make a 1-hour break ( lunch is not included ).
08:30 AM meeting at the diving center and departure of the boat:
You almost made it. In your Open Water Dives 3-6 you will discover more dive sites and explore much more of the underwater world. Of course, you will learn additional diving skills to amplify the existing skills and at the end of the day, you are going to make a final theory exam.
Upon completion of your course, you will receive your internationally valid certification. Welcome to a new world.
Congratulations!
Your instructor makes a decision if you need an additional day for your Open Water Diver course.
