Scuba diving is a physically and mentally demanding activity and involves inherent risks. Participation in diving courses, training sessions, and dive trips organised by Just Dive Kroatien is permitted only to persons who are medically fit to dive.
Participation is not permitted if you currently suffer from, or have previously suffered from, any of the following conditions:
Disorders of the ear, nose, or throat, including tuberculosis or residual effects thereof
Cardiovascular diseases, including heart disease, cardiac defects, abnormalities of the coronary blood vessels, or circulatory disorders
Blood disorders, including hemophilia
Loss of consciousness, blackouts, epilepsy, or seizures
Psychiatric or personality disorders
Diseases of the central nervous system
Chronic eye diseases
Chronic sinus diseases
Kidney (renal) diseases
By signing this document, you hereby declare and confirm that:
You do not suffer from any of the medical conditions listed above;
You are not aware of any other physical or mental condition that could negatively affect your health or safety while diving;
You are not under the influence of drugs, narcotics, or substances that could impair your ability to dive safely;
You do not require regular medication that could affect your fitness to dive, unless explicitly approved by a qualified medical professional.
Participation in diving activities is strictly prohibited if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Alcohol consumption is not permitted within twelve (12) hours prior to any dive.
All diving equipment provided by Just Dive Kroatien is maintained and inspected regularly in accordance with applicable safety standards.
However, Just Dive Croatia shall not be held liable for equipment malfunction or failure.
Each diver is solely responsible for:
Inspecting all rented equipment before use;
Ensuring that their personal equipment is in safe and functional condition.
By signing this document, you acknowledge and accept that scuba diving involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation in all diving activities organised by Just Dive Kroatien and agree to participate at your own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable EU or national law.
