Als je meer informatie wilt over de Dive Master cursus en hoger, kun je me altijd een e-mail sturen:
U dient tot 3 dagen van tevoren te reserveren. Mocht je nog last minute willen duiken, dan kun je altijd even bellen.
Voorafgaand aan de duik moet een medisch attest worden ingevuld. Alle vragen moeten met NEE worden beantwoord. Mocht dit niet het geval zijn, dan is het raadzaam contact met ons op te nemen. Een bezoek aan de huisarts kan dan nodig zijn. De medische verklaring vindt u hieronder.
